Pricing & Payment Policies:
All quoted prices assume payment by cash or check and include a .05% discount. Payments by credit card, where accepted, are not eligible for this discount.
Payment in-full is normally due at the time of purchase or upon delivery.
At our Store:
We accept cash, imprinted checks, VISA and MasterCard, and will honor award vouchers subject to any restrictions specified with each voucher.
An additional .05% charge will be added to all credit card purchases.
Delivery Services:
We offer delivery services to many areas. The minimum delivery amount is one drum or ten 5 gallon pails. The delivery fee within the Phoenix metropolitan area is $12.00 per stop. Deliveries to other areas will incur a higher fee. Please call for further information.

Trackside Service:
Trackside purchases, we accept cash or imprinted check only at the time of delivery. We do not offer "open" or credit accounts at trackside. All transactions are accomplished on a daily basis, and customers can either leave a blank check for each event day or purchase a Fuel Card (described below).
In some cases, advance orders can be prepaid by VISA or MasterCard. Additional charges will apply; please call for details.
Sunoco™ Fuel Cards:

Through our Phoenix store or our authorized trackside vendors, we offer Sunoco Fuel Cards. These cards enable customers to purchase at trackside and receive a discount.
Simply purchase a card from an authorized Speedway vendor and present it each time you need five gallons of product. Each card is good for eleven 5 gallon purchases.
This program offers great convenience and a discounted price from your vendor. Please ask your authorized Sunoco fuel supplier for current details and pricing.
Please note that the Sunoco Fuel Card has the following restrictions:
- It can only be used at the vendor and/or facility where the card was purchased. You cannot buy a card at one track and use it at another.
- It is redeemable only for the product specified at the time of purchase.
- There are no cash refunds for lost, stolen or damaged cards, and unused purchases are not refundable or transferable.
Returned Check and Other Polices:
Returned checks are subject to a $50.00 fee in addition to other bank or collection charges incurred. Speedway Race Fuels reserves the right to decline payment by check or other methods. We also reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.
